1. Are you accepting NHS patients?
We are not currently accepting new NHS patients. However, we do offer practice membership which provides a great, affordable alternative to NHS dentistry. Ask our dentists about the most suitable membership options for you.
2. How much does a dental check up cost?
Our current check up fee for new patients is £50.00. One of our team of Dentists will provide a full mouth assessment, review your oral health routine and advise you on your best options for future dental care.
3. How much does NHS treatment cost?
NHS treatment is charged in a banding system.
Band 1 - £27.90
Band 2 - £76.60
Band 3 - £332.10
You will be charged one of these bands for each Course of Treatment you undergo.

4. Do you offer emergency dental appointments?
We have emergency appointments available daily. Please call reception on 0121 3609898 as early as possible to ensure you secure one of our appointment slots. (phone lines open daily from 08:30)
5. Do you offer NHS and private treatment?
If you are a current NHS patient with us and need treatment, your dentist will explain your treatment options to you. These will include any treatment covered clinically by the NHS and alternate cosmetic/private options that may be available to you
6. How often should I have a dental check up?
At each dental visit, your dentist will advise you on the frequency of your next appointment based on their exam findings and your oral health needs.
7. What services do you offer?
Information about the services we currently offer can be found on the services page of this website. Our Dentists are committed to continuous training, improving their skills and knowledge and expanding the services they can offer you. Please keep an eye out for new services added.
8. Can I just book with the hygienist?
Yes, you can book directly with our hygienist without first seeing a Dentist, this is called direct access. This cost for this appointment is £68.00. The hygienist will provide a full clean and stain removal. However, they cannot treat or advise you on any dental problems you have. If the hygienist spots a problem, they will advise you to seek advice from a Dentist. You can book a hygienist appointment by calling 0121 3609898 and speaking to our reception team. A £20 deposit is required at time of booking.
